We are proud to have provided heating, air conditioning, refrigeration, air quality and service for more than 20 years in the Hartsville / Darlington County Area – the area we also call home. We are family owned and operated–and are blessed with an amazing team!
Meet Our Team
Mike Gainey, owner and operator, began his heating and air conditioning career when he was in high school. He worked his way through the ranks at local heating and air companies – learning both residential and commercial systems. He started his own business a few years later, and incorporated in 1997. Mike is married to Renee Gainey. They have two children: Brittany and Jonathan – who is married to Susan Funderburk Gainey. They have one precious grandson, James Michael.
James Reed, Installer, has been a team member for 5 years. James lives in Hartsville. When not working, James enjoys riding his bicycle and listening to country music.
Jonathan Howle, Installer, has been with us 5 years. He and his wife Mandy live in Hartsville. When not working, Jonathan enjoys hunting.
Jim Burgess, Service Tech, is the most recent addition to our team. Jim has more than 20 years of HVAC experience. Jim lives in Cheraw. When not working, Jim likes to spend time with his children.
Giving Back
We're proud to call Hartsville home and believe that giving back to our neighbors makes it an even better place to live and work. We recently gave $2700 to the Darlington County Humane Society to support their important work. We invite you to donate time or money to worthy causes when you can to help build a stronger community.
